These Terms of Use govern your use of the Mufo mobile application. By downloading or using Mufo, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Mufo, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using Mufo on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Mufo is a fitness tracking application available on iOS. It allows users to log workouts, track progress, receive AI-generated training insights, and optionally sync with Apple Health and Strava. Features may change over time — we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Mufo for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Access or tamper with non-public areas of the app or its infrastructure
- Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the app
- Distribute, sell, or sublicense access to the app
- Upload or transmit any malicious code or harmful content
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of all workout data and content you enter into Mufo. By using the app, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the service and providing features to you.
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. Mufo is a tracking tool — it does not provide medical advice, and you should consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your training or health routine.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, trademarks, and branding in Mufo — including the name, logo, and visual identity — are owned by or licenced to us. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
The Mufo app is licenced to you, not sold. This licence is personal, non-transferable, and limited to your use of the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control.
7. Third-Party Integrations
Mufo integrates with Apple Health and Strava. Your use of these integrations is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of those third-party services.
8. Subscriptions and Payments
Mufo is free to download. Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Subscription prices and terms are displayed at the point of purchase within the app.
You may cancel a subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Mufo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. We do not provide medical advice — always consult a qualified health professional before changing your exercise programme.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Mufo or its features. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of Mufo.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notice or email. Continued use of Mufo after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the app.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Slovak Republic.
